Have you considered applying a 20-30ms delay to one channel? This would separate left and right to great effect. Even with two amps that sound different, the phase of both channels are still in sync, so it still has a mono-ish sound. You can hear some room bleed in stereo, or maybe you applied subtle stereo reverb? Either way, very cool sound and excellent camera work. Very enjoyable.

because of the groove and vibrato, most important things for this riff to sound good. and the super strong PRECISE right hand. never heard anybody getting close. but that is why frusciante is frusciante and making millions being a guitar god :-) play your instrument guys, with the tiny little shitty 15w squire amp on which the bedroom lick was originally played, and stop spending your money on equipment. get a nice guitar (very important) and practice.
