They are tired of waiting patiently for their flats. They want to make the buying public and government authorities aware of the builder's failure to honour their commitments. Xrbia Hinjewadi project is also in a pathetic state. The builder has not even provided 50% of the facilities. FIR has been registered against the builder.

जेवढं शक्य असेल तेवढे बिल्डरची सामुपचाऱ्याने घ्या. मधल्या काळात कोरोना आल्यामुळे सगळेच बिझनेस बुडाले आहेत. असले मोर्चे काढून नेतागिरी करून काहीही होणार नाही.

One should always buy ready possesion flat,row house, bunglow. It is offcourse some what costly but it saves buyers from cheating. Buyer get carried away by offer of paying step by step money and got nothing at the end in ongoing projects. This is seen pre COVID also but buyers still don't learened,post COVID builders lost financial abilty and now can not deliver what is promised
