Rules:
Started with a $250k loan and no other money, land or equipment
Economy is set to hard
No Loans beyond the starter one
No Leasing.
No immediate "field flipping", I must work a field for several seasons before being allowed to sell it.
I may do contracts, but I cannot lease equipment for the contract, limiting me to contracts in which I already own the necessary gear.
I may pick up collectibles, but only when I notice them in ordinary play. I cannot go searching them out, nor may I find out where they are via other means.
Used Equipment flipping is allowed, but only as a side hustle (occasionally).
Mods are allowed, as long as they aren't ridiculous, e.g., no gov't grants, no $10 harvesters, etc.
Eventually, when I'm done with this series, I will use whatever money I get as my starting stake on a new series.
