So can you explain, is human life is equal to animal life? Live like a Cattle, no expectations, nothing to look forward to? Not from people and not from yourself? Yes obsession is bad, but if, there is no expectation why are we here then?

If you think that our desires and expectations are the only thing that makes us different from animals, then it's just sad. Even animals are driven by their desires. But humans are capable of so much more. Please, read the Bhagavad Gita 🙏. You will find there answers for your questions.
