I admit it sound menacing, but I would have loved it even more if, like Mega Man Zero did, they put it in a fight that hasn't started yet but has the fight music beforehand in the background, like the last kind. Not to mention that the Mega Man Zero one is so dynamic and simple that it fits well from the most tutorial boss fight of all to the final battle and does not out of tune in any of them. For me it's perfect.

Seriously though, if we stop to compare the situation as of ZX to Mega Man Zero, the world is in a much better state, and even though there are evil forces behind the scenes the world is indeed more peaceful and safe. Reploids don't suffer from persecution as inferior citizens, and both races see eye to eye and live in such equality that it's not even worth mentioning if someone is reploid or human.

What do you mean? World peace is achieved after Maverick Wars ends, albeit very short one (freaking Elf Wars). And it achieved again in the end of Zero 4, which lasts 200+ years. In ZX series, I consider the conflict is more or less same as the early Maverick Wars (X1-X3). Fast forward to Megaman Legends (3000+ years), the whole world is fucking flooded as the result of the unknown wars. Moral of the story? There is no such thing as "eternal" world peace.

Also, if Ciel can easily create a copy of X when no other scientist are capable of doing that, recreating the data and memories of X in Model X should be a piece of cake for Ciel.

I can never seem to avoid damaging the Biometal when fighting those Pseudoroids though; hard enough just to fight them, so I just have the Biometals fixed up afterwards to save myself some frustration...

No, you're fine. Megaman bosses are all about pattern recognition. That first death was just to learn the pattern. Especially if you played on Normal Mode on your first file. Megaman's Normal is anything else's Hard.
