Yea, after watching food wars, I looked this up and there were 2 recipes. However, I didn't have all the ingredients. You guys can look it up but for lack of ingredients, this is what I did 1 freeze 2 eggs over night. 2 take the shells off using a knife. Kinda difficult cause you want to cook it while its frozen. 3 cut the eggs in half 4 cover it in flower (not the top) 5 put oil in a small egg pot (pot I used was small, probably 1 and half an inch, preheat oil on medium 6 place the 4 eggs u cut in the oil for about 3 min, flip for another 3 min an add salt 7 - It should look crispy brown on the outside and the egg should be fully cooked. egg Yolk shouldn't be liquid anymore. it turned out pretty good however it kinda lacked in flavor without the ingredients. I used hot sauce since I didn't have anything else. Try to follow the recipe though if you have the ingredients.

Eggs have always had a membrane inside the shell but outside of the white. You can remove the shell of an egg by dipping it in vinegar for about 48 hours.
