These are fritters Bubba! One of Mokko's favourites, this is a Jamaican classic made with pomodoro aka tomato and some bonus fried plantain for good measure.

I love fried sweet plantains, but I know my ripened plantain coming from the produce aisle has no comparison to Mokko’s slow farmed plantains. Those fritters looked good, now I know what to do with the salted cod I see in the supermarket. 😊 Thanks Mokko, that looked delicious 😋!
