I found out that Fredrica tests every saturday and houston tests every sunday

Not sure abt that. I never picked up tones when I went on a Saturday, although I was at Smyrna. Maybe they have a separate dispatching center?

I think they just activate it manually I think or maybe they do have a seperate dispatch
