It's a rare thing to be so early but here I am! Only one comment. Further to my earlier contribution on using AM (MW) stations as an ADF when using the old steam gauges, be careful about direction! Due to landing confusion, it is so easy to find you're flying away from one rather than towards one in the circuit. It happened to me! Thankfully, I realised my error and still landed safely. (Well, I'm still around!)

You could show how to intercept and track a specific track to a station, accounting for wind drift of course.

When you were tracking 234 degM to the NDB, the heading to the NDB kept increasing. You obviously had a wind from the right therefore if you crabbed Into the wind, you could stay on the 234 degM track to the station.

I still use airport markers for now. Maybe I’ll turn them off when I have a sim flight in Los Angeles.

Thanks for the interesting video. In the ADF/DME tuning screen there is a DME option at the bottom that allows you to use the VOR1 (or VOR2) needle with the corresponding NAV1 (or NAV2) so that you can still see the distance (DME) between you and the NDB. ref: kzbin.info/www/bejne/g5aZfnR9eMaAidk. Apparently this doesn't work in the SIM... or how do you do this?

On the Left G1000, choose ' PFD Opt' at the bottom of the screen, then 'DME'. That should bring up text just above those switches showing your distance etc.
