How do you get the external views to pan around on a flight stick. Using my hotkeys I can only get the camera to pan halfway in other words 180 degrees and not 360 degrees as you did in this video?

And thank you again 🙏🏻 I’m still trying to fly straight with the Cessna 172 but I can’t seem to get the trims set to maintain a steady nose and left wing that keeps want to go down but as soon as I have that figured out , I will try auto pilot. It looks like I’m flying diagonal left when I’m holding my nose and wings straight 🤔🙄

excellent as always, any idea why my Cessna 172 wont move forward when releasing the parking brake ? have a button mapped to my velocity one flight yoke which works as it should, releases the parking brake but no aircraft movement. any ideas !

A few times I got stuck outside of the aircraft and could not get back in. I knew about Shift+C but for some reason it did not work.

For some reason, some of the aircraft, like the iniBuilds a330 wont allow me to save custom views. The camera jumps all over the place. Outside, cabin, cargo area….etc. I setup one aircraft with no issue, then another wont work

In settings/controls, set keyboard to 2020 transversal.

Hi James. I have a Velocity One Flight Stick and V1 rudder pedals connected to my xbox x. They are clashing with the xbox controller. Any idea how I tell the controller menu to use one or the other so they don't conflict please ? Any tips on this most welcome. Thanks for another great video.

@@Huddison For example, the Xbox controller wont work properly until I cycle/move the V1 Flight Stick. Hard to explain unless you see it yourself. It's like msfs 24 is loading both controllers and they are fighting each other.

@@paulthurston2883 I get similar in Missions if I use my attached 360 controller - I can no longer reliably use keyboard commands. Probably down to rogue code or similar.

Hello, thanks again for this very important configuration. I,m thinking to change for pc! I,m on xbox x. I like very much your new pc upgrade. But for the moment can I ask you if there is a solution for the mouse. In cockpit is spinning all the time I make a Click. Perhaps a bug not solved yet? And another question, on my Xbox I have a Sony Tv 4k. For pc is is going to cost a lot having 4k. Is there a big diference for 1080? Hmmm .. I am on a XBox (series X), with a velocity one yoke, keyboard/mouse, and a XBox controller ... all work fine for me .. one caveat: I have a wired keyboard/mouse .. I put a little 4 port hub strapped to the side of the racing stand, I have my V1 Yoke on, and plugged in the keyboard, mouse, and yoke into the USB hub.It worked, but not reliably ....When I connected a wire to the Xbox controller, and plugged it into the usb hub, the yoke would lose power. I realized I had a power problem .. the V1 Yoke pulls all the power it uses, through that usb cable. By it's self no problem .. start adding other devices that pull power down usb cables, at some point you can't pull enough power down the usb wire. Easy problem to solve, once you realize it. I put a powered USB hub, to replace the un-powered one .. and all have worked flawlessly every since. Hope this helps, Jake

I found the culprit... The ESC key is mapped like all the others on the keyboard and I accidentally removed this function while mapping other bindings. Everything works fine now!

I have an issue in cockpit view. The screen slowly zooms in and I can’t stop it. This is very irritating when looking at instruments. Any idea on how to stop this please

It sounds like a possible controller conflict. Are you on Xbox or PC? Try removing all controllers and add them back one by one, to see which is causing this.

Says he's going to show how to use the HAT switch to switch between instrument views. Proceeds to not show how to set HAT switch to instrument views. For anyone wondering how to do this. Set Previous and Next Instrument view as HAT switch left and right. Set Instrument view 1 as HAT switch down.

@@Huddison You only gave instructions for instrument views for a specific throttle quadrant that most of your viewers won't own. If you are aiming the video to help the majority you would show how to get to instrument views on the controllers most people use (Keyboard, mouse, controller, Hotas one) or title the video differently.
