there is no formula, I consider 40g force for impact. So multiple 40x weight of vehicle and divide it into each node.

When I do Mesh and Run, the mesh fails. The joints are proper as per the simulation. Pls give a solution

Mesh fails because of improper TRIMS in your weldment, So improve your trim make sure there is no gap in between pipes.
