0:30 oh my why are you building apartment blocks out of wood?? Not a single gram of cement or concrete WTF...I suspect that if a person forgets the water running and floods the apartment, it condemns the whole building.... I'm sorry, but the blocks must be made of concrete skeleton and with brick filling not like this.....

Funeral pyres!!!!!!!!!!!! should have firebreak concrete floors/ block walls up to the underside of the roof and a sprinkler system fitted,build it cheap get the most rent and service charges from the tenant. And it will cost you all a lot of money in your lost assets
