I don't do these things in rapid succession, I have to gauge how I feel, what I ate, how I slept, etc. However, I participate in Yoga, Pilates, Rowing Machine, resistance bands attached to a door, kettlebell, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with a great gym. I am 32 with FSHD since I was 12. I have oxygen issues and bradycardia, achilles tightening from prematurity also. My hips, abdomen and shoulders inhibit me the most. These activities have helped me gain more balance, endurance and strength. My pain is constant all day and my lethargy is also pretty constant, but when I hydrate well, stretch and do even just ten minutes of something, I feel SO much better. I am still working on balancing things so that I can keep more consistency, but it is getting better since starting many of these things over the last two years. Hope this helps someone.
