In a Duplex, the staircase constructed in the living room, will be Considered in FSI? Also, if you could explain which areas to be valued for the Property tax assessment in Tamilnadu.

Common areas outside the house premises are not considered for fsi calculation. Assessment guidelines can be discussed with a valuer.

Sir once again highly appreciated for your effort. Don't mistake me just need to confirm that as per cmda guidlines, staircase and lift is not considered only in paying and head room in roof. But it is considered in typical floors
