No, it clearly states in your visa that you’re not supposed to partake in other jobs other than FSJ. But do people still do it? Yes sometimes.

BFD means Bundesfreiwilligendienst and FSJ stands for Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr. They are both voluntary services

Not really. For a mini job in a hospital you would work two days in a month i guess. Just send a Bewerbung for a mini job.
