FSMA Produce Safety Rule Pre-Harvest Water Requirements: Revisions to PSA Grower Training Module 5.1

During this PSA Trainers’/Educators’ Call, we discussed new pre-harvest agricultural water (Subpart E) requirements in the FSMA Produce Safety Rule that were published in May 2024. We gave a brief summary of the new Subpart E requirements and walked through the Revised Module 5.1 slides, which have been reviewed by FDA and should be used in PSA Grower Training Courses moving forward. Part of this webinar was presented with a ‘Train-the-Trainer’ approach, highlighting key considerations and techniques when presenting the Revised Module 5.1 slides during a PSA Grower Training Course.
