What’s with the extra 5 knots in this mission? I remember Secret Shuttle’s approach speed was only 140 knots. Why is this mission’s approach speed set to 145?

If you mean the voices, than yes they do come with the missions only though... As for the plane sounds they are default 737.

Shift + P for pushback then 1 to turn tail to the left, 2 to turn right.

I don't know whether they have to pay for fuel or not but I know that there were some doctors on TV who had enough of paying for first class and then spending every second flight crouching in the aisle providing help for somebody, so they began to send the bills for the airlines and the sick passengers.
