Why does it count as a world record of there was penalty?

Penalty was for slightly extending into the blue depot, didn't add to reds score 🤷

Penalty points were given to the losing alliance not the winning alliance. Red did not get any extra points.

@@jacobjstoffer i understand that, but in that case a team can move 2-3-4-more stones at once, opposing alliance will get extra points and a team alliance will have world record I mean, that if team is awarded penalty it means it could have some advantage

@@askomorokhov Red alliance got penalties because they slightly passed through the blue depot twice, this didnt result in a greater amount of stones or any advantage for the red alliance really.
