It's songs like "Out Of Love" here that represent the true FTIsland. Not "Thunder", not "I Hope", not "Love, Love, Love" and not the original version of "Love Sick". I really hope that FTIsland will start to promote themselves to the West with songs like "Out Of Love" and from their Japanese catalogue and new music like it. If Western Rock fans celebrate Japanese bands like Band-Maid and Lovebites there is no reason FTIsland should not be as well because FTIsland is a legit Rock band. It is so wrong that they are not more known, especially in Western Rock circles.

I can understand where you came but i don't agree with you. Hongki doesn't like this mindset too. In my opinion, all of their songs, regardless of any genre, represent them. Songs like Thunder, I Hope, Love Love Love are not only part of our memories, they are also part of FT Island members' memories. They are the songs made them popular and successful. Hongki always says Love Sick is the song that represent FT Island and he thanks to that song. Because thanks to Love Sick everyone in Korea still knows and remembers FT Island even though their heyday past long ago. And i agree with him. Although i like their hard rock songs more, their old songs are the reason i know FT Island. They are the first FT Island songs i've listened and downloaded in the past when the only hard rock song they released was Flower Rock yet. So they're very precious to me. I like their rock-ballads and pop songs too. I know they want to known as a hard rock band by the public but that doesn't mean they'll throw their past. They never do that. While they embrace their past music, they still trying hard to be known as a hard rock band and make rock music popular in Korea.

And it is in his own works that he can truly reveal himself as a vocalist. This is a hoarse emotional tone that can sing something cooler than "love sick" and "i hope". and the instrumental has room to roam accordingly. Moreover, Jaejin's vocals are also wonderful. I just want to say that the guitars are sick! The guitarist may not be official FTIsland members, but they are artists in their own rights.
