Today, we cover the Zoltan in all their one-bar-of-power glory. Their ships are neat, and so are they. Though, NEVER speak to any elderly Zoltan, especially if they reside in a nebula. They may be wise men, and they explode when angry.

Happy to see the Zoltan video up. If I may make a suggestion, consider slapping an A, B, or C on the ship thumbnails on the tier list. I'm sure most of us don't even remember what their hull colors mean and it's double so when it's ships from older videos. When it comes to ships and gimmicks, I've always seen A as the slightly themed ship, B as the one that "leans into the bit," and the C being the gimmick. But yeah the B's and C's are pretty out there in general.

Just to clarify, Cherenkov radiation doesn't travel "faster than light" per se (although I command your wordplay sir), it IS light, thus it wants to travel at the speed of light... But it ends up going faster than light should go in that medium, releasing photons in the process of hitting water molecules

@@SamsSideshow a 2000's film called "dude wheres my car", has a cult in a guys backyard called "The Zoltans" who in the end join a group of aliens to party, we quoted the movie a lot whenvwe were younger so the name stuck, so i was hyped to see some love for the ZOLTANS

Zoltan are my favorite race Ahem Actually no This is FTL *Absolutely that way* Anyways, aesthetically, I prefer Lanius But Zoltans are just cracked Also It's worth noting Or maybe not, cause you find out quick and there's little you can do about it Beams and especially ion will fry Zoltan shields
