@@tamfx2138 only take one trade per day, only in London session or New York session, move stop loss to break even or stop profit, keep losses very small, close trade if price starts going against you.

@@danieltom7359 bro just go to the support team and ask about their scaling plan. After you get the max allocation of 400k and if you’re profitable for 4 months in a row above 10% they’ll scale your acc by 25% so with that 400k they’ll add another 100k. It’s on the site or just ask the team.

Regarding your comments about the differing volumes being placed on some of these trades, it would be interesting to see their stop loss figures to give us some rational and to put it into perspective. Trading 1% of my bank, my stop losses figures and therefore volumes traded can vary widely depending on the set up, but my risk is still 1%

like you,i had a similar horrible experience, i left an order on silver remaining after a losing day,you know how stressful losing days are,they mess u up psychologically...and during then, in my daily loss limit i was left with just 500usd to hit that particular days loss limit...guess what,out of frustration and anger of consecutive losses that day.i forgot to delete that 1 buy order on silver,an order that had not triggered yet...the order triggered when i was asleep at night and hit stop loss...then boom ,i have hit the daily loss limiit and failed...i failed due to caelessnes ,not due to lack of skill or not knowing hw things work...i felt so bad.

At 9:51 the gentleman points a difference in volume which is incorrect. The 0.47 lots he mentions is a partial taken by the trader. You can see that the trader opened a single position and then closed 0.47 lots of that position, closed another 0.47 lots and then closed the remaining 3.77 lots of that same position. Add that up and it equals 4.71 lots which is the exact same volume as the next trade he mentions.

I’ve tried to pay for my challenge twice yesterday, but the status keeps saying awaiting payment. I also know someone in the US who is also having the same issue. FTMO need to check their payment platform to make sure it’s working correctly.

@@kingboji958 I made a mistake by diviating from my trading plan. Greed took over and I risked more, usually I risk no more than 2% of my account. Risk management is key in suceeding in FTMO. It it vital to remain consistent in your taking risk to be successful with FTMO or with trading in general.

Place your stop loss and take profit. Don't close your trades, let them either hit your stop loss or take profit. Place em, leave and forget ✌🏽 hope this helps.

Much harder than looks 100000 account maximum drawdown is 10000 that means anytrade placed whatever lowest p and l gets recorded,so if trade goes 300 dollars into red but finally finishes profit buy day 500 that 300 gets on you're maximum drawdown which you must keep below 10000 through out the 30 days

Thanks for the videos, i have some doubts... 1- What do you check after one pass de verification? I mean, if a person pass the verification step, however, could be declined his/her FTMO account? And the another one is: 2- I'm from Venezuela, what about if i pass the challenge and verification, how can i make the withdrawals given that in Venezuela we can't have dollars account and neither skrill account. you dont need to close trade, but if TP OR SL hits during the 4 min frame thats considered a violation, so you can either avoid the pair totally or avoid placing TP or SL for such pair until the 4 min is over

Hi J vn, In the FTMO Challenge or Verification, you don’t need to. During these stages, you can keep your positions open overnight and over-the-weekend as well. However, on the FTMO Account, we require you to close your positions just before the markets close for the weekend or if the rollover (market break) is longer than 2 hours. In other words, to be flat on Friday night CE(S)T - Central European (Summer) Time. Our FTMO Traders must respect the market timings. If there is an overnight rollover of up to two hours on any instrument, it is permitted to keep your positions open; i.e. you don’t need to close your trades just because of this overnight rollover. Every asset class and its respective instruments might have different trading hours that have to be adhered to. Otherwise, you will violate our rules. Most of these traders ended the challenge before 10 days lol so they had to open a position and close it quickly for three or four days to validate that rule, lol again, so 10 minimum trading days is useless or am I wrong?
