Good video! It illustrates that snow doesn't obscure the optics or the LEDs. I was interested to know if there's a difference between cameras with a clear dome and those without. Any opinions on that?

Without dome was the main reason for buying this camera model. Since there was feedback on many sites of this price range domes, that quality of dome "glass" was not as good as possible. There are few features which are not working well. When zoom is minimum, focus is a bit unclear. And zoom is not step-less. Motion alarm is not working well. Sometimes it goes to some sending loop, and it never stops. And it takes and sends only one photo by email when motion detected. Every now and then it hang up when restart happens. But I have timer restart once per 24h. I've given feedback to "manufacturer" and waiting updated firmware. But after all it has been working quite well on environment where I have it now since January. On sea shore in a remote area.. Very white frozen sea on winter time and very gray after that. Picture has been always good enough. Minimum working temperature has been some -25 deg. Celsius and it was working well.

NV: ON and NV:OFF Please help,what is NV ? I have a camera or it has HW0028 NV ?

NV = night vision.

Help me please, my ftp upload doesn't works. Test.....succeed. But there are no pic on my ftp server. FW 67.4.64.33 UI 9.0.720.64 Thanks

Have you look at the root of ftp server? Have you set upload interval?
