FTX Trooper / RGT 86020 Intruder Unboxing & First Look.

It got stuck in Hong Kong for three weeks but finally made it. Long anticipated but is it worth the wait?
There's a lot of interest and a lot to like about this truck.
The body is stunning.
The chassis is different for a trail crawler.
The tyres are new.
The branding & licensing is confusing.
The price is keen.
The radio is new.
The tyre-size is puzzling.
The reason for this truck is.... ?
There's certainly a lot of quality there but has it been put together into a package that makes any sense? I'm not sure if it has.
I'll be taking this truck out on some local trails, probably on the garden rocks and, no doubt, to somewhere stunningly beautiful. So, if you want to see how it performs, please stay tuned to RC Pie and subscribe if you haven't. It costs you nothing but makes a huge difference to me.

The red isn't half as good on the video. You have to see one to really get how pretty a colour it is.

It's Toyota LC71, short wheelbase, nice looking crawler!

Kinda wish it had a 2 speed gearbox 🤔 wonder if single speed will be enough for some nice trailing.

I'm not sure about this.. It's a bit slow for me but is that because I'm a fast walker? The crawling speed is very good but is it a rock crawler? Adding a Fusion would probably eliminate any questions on either end of the scale.
