Fubara is the governor of River's state as elected by River's people Pdp is not River's state but a political party with excos in the wards to the state level The people have to see or accept Fubara as the leader, Fubara can't be imposed or impose himself as the leader Leadership is earned, go force the pdp people to take Fubara as a leader, the current Pdp in River's today is loyal to wike Fubara should go form his party and become the leader of that party
