Fubo wanted to do this style of bundle, lawsuit is because they wouldn't give fubo the rights to just the sports... now they are doing what fubo has been trying to do. Once they kill the competition..they jack the price up. Fubo is doing good for this

Fubo is trash for doing this. Venu sports is what cord cutting was all about... Get more a la cart (just sports) and not be paying for junk packages no one watches.

FUBO wanted to do the exact same thing from DAY 1!!! But the corpo's who are making VENU just BLOCKED this for years! Now they want the thing for only themselves.. its totally fucked up monopolistic move. Everyone should be able to sell "skinny" sports bundles, not just this frankensetein big media joint venture VENU...

You don’t get the point. The point is that Disney, Fox, Warner bros force distributors like Fubo to sell packages that have a bunch of channels that’s people don’t want so people end up bundling or paying more for packages. Now Venu wants to come in and launch a service that gives people exactly what they want for a cheaper price. What David is saying is that Fubo should be allowed to do the same and the fact that Venu is trying to do it is anti-competitive to Fubos business

@DrDBYE I get the point. Streaming was originally intended to kill the middle men (distributors). Bring direct to consumer content from the creators. Fubo is just another bloated service on the old model. It's just a matter of time but if you don't own the content you won't survive. We shouldn't have to pay for 90+ channels when the average consumer watches maybe 2-5 channels.
