Nothing wrong with a good tuna pizza - São Paulo, the city with the best pizza in the world, has that as a staple. Of course, a more classic flavour like quattro formaggio is strictly better, but you sometimes feel like trying different things.

Caprese is great if you take a bite of everything at once. Eating just the tomato is meh, although if you're using some ripe heirlooms, maybe. I grow a yellow cherry tomato every year. None of them really ever make it inside to the fridge. Doing my daily walk through the garden you just pop a few off the vine and snack. They are a truly sweet tomato, and I love them.
