Fubuki-iinchou might be the most complex character in this RP lol. She has that strong aura that gives off an intimidating vibe, those grand entrances that show no hint of fear or humanity, and the cunning and conniving wit to meddle in lots of things without getting too caught up that they'd affect her. She goes to the front lines of gunfights without a care in the world, because both sides dying only lead to her getting more business, and she gambles her money for a bit of entertainment since she has the world in the palm of her hand anyway... and yet even so, she fell in love, and was rejected. She was so good at being above it all that she wasn't able to come down anymore, to walk beside Mio. Absolute cinema.
