The Best Fudgy chocolate Brownies Recipe | Simple Way Of Making The Perfect Fudgy cocoa Brownies
Ingredients :
1 1/4 cups - white or brown sugar
1/2 cup - all-purpose flour
1/2 cup - hot melted Butter
03 - large size Eggs
1/4 cup - Cocoa powder
1/2 cup - melted chocolate syrup (dark chocolate + butter)
1 tsp - Vanilla essence
1/4 tsp - Salt
chocolate pieces (optional)
Instructions :
1. First make the melted chocolate syrup -
take a little water in a saucepan and bring it to a simmer.
In the meantime cut the dark chocolate (100g) into small pieces and place them in a heat resistant bowl.
Now place the bowl on top of the simmering water making sure that the bottom of the bowl isn’t touching the water.
Then add 1/2 cup of butter to the bowl. Now mix the chocolate and butter together until melts.
After the chocolate completely melts and becomes smooth, take it off the heat and let it cool.
2. spread a pan with butter and line with parchment paper.
3. Then preheat your oven at 350℉ (180℃).
4. In a small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Mix well.
5. Then in a large bowl add the hot melted butter and sugar, whisk until the batter is smooth and well combined.
6. Now add 3 eggs and mix properly using a hand whisk.
7. When the mixture is a little creamy add the vanilla essence and the cooled chocolate and butter mixture (chocolate syrup).
Mix everything well The batter will have a thicker consistency.
8. Finally, add the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, salt mixer) and chocolate pieces(optional) into the bowl and carefully fold them
using a spatula.
9. Now pour the batter into the prepared baking pan then gently shake and tap the tin couple of times to spread the batter evenly.
Bake it in preheated oven for about 25 minutes.(180℃)
When your brownie is baked take it out of the oven and let it cool for at least 15 minutes.
Now slice them squares and enjoy your warm fudgy brownies.
