Fuel Pipe Problems on the Zetor 7245

Hi there, RE: your fuel issue, I have had Zetor tractors since the 80s, I used to have a 7045 and a 6045 similar age to your 7245, when you get an air lock with these tractors you have to work from the hand pump all the way through to the injectors to get all the air out otherwise they are a pig to start as you have found out. You may also want to check the pipe from the tank to the hand pump, and make sure there is nothing floating about in the tank, I had an issue once with intermittent stalling out (starvation of fuel) it turned out to be sludge in the tank that was blocking the outlet pipe but too thick to travel to the filter in the glass bowl. May I suggest you drain the tank and give it a good wash out with some Diesel. I also notice you were not using the (Cold Start Button) on the side of the injector pump, my experience is that they will never start when cold if you don't use this. good luck!

hey i have a zetor 6320 and the fuel pump isn't working. i have changed all fuel pipes and the fuel filter but the result is nothing. Can you help me?
