@@Av_Devilliers15 Yup it's due to its new engine (very smooth and refined) which is really capable of deliver good mileage the only Cavite been you don't rash drive and keep your rpm below 6000 anytime guarantee you'll get good mileage. I usually drive @4500 rpm in the city.

Ktm was never chapri. It's a Austrian beauty. The thing ktm did wrong was launch its budget bikes before premium ones. If ktm launched superdukes before then it'd be been had a premium brand value like kawasaki

Observation from my side (as i have recently searched for a lot to buy a vehicle at 3 lakhs ) :- Duke 250 is The best starters vehicle. Like people who never had a bike but thinking to buy a bike for next 5 year and explore the bike category this is the one, no other options are needed.

@@shabdhim7265 for exactly that purpose i bought cb300r recently, i test rode HDx440 :- you will feel the weight always man (like while turning and stop & start traffic) this bike has a very good character like less vibes and smooth riding with soft suspension but it is not suitable for what you are asking. Im not sure whether even duke 250 is your bike because my previous bike was rtr 200, the sole purpose i bought cb300r instead of duke 250 is that I haven’t felt the pull, ( if this is my first bike i would feel it ). I personally will suggest u to first test ride all styles and all bikes on same day, like check vibes at different speeds, do 0-100s, u will know the character of the bike. If u are thinking about buying a bike like for net 10 years, u can consider cb300r(less vibes and lightweight), rtr310( vibes are there but they give the sportiness and feature rich), duke250( bike is all good but u need to check whether the pull is sufficient for u)

Now the 390 Duke doesn't really makes sense. Only those who like powerful bikes and use it to their full potential gonna buy the 390, and percentage of those people is very less. 250 is more than sufficient for Indian roads. Be it highway run at 100kmph or city ride at 40. 250 Duke is an all rounder

Agreed, tbh i feel like above 400cc is an overkill for Indian roads and besides the fun fact factor wouldn’t be there if you can’t twist the throttle wide open, needless to say the lack of race tracks in india is major drawback

@@shabdhim7265 if you go with Harley, you will surely feel an increase in power, specially over the 249cc engine if 250 Duke. But if you go with Duke, you'll not only have a more flickable bike that you can cut corners with easily, but KTM offers much better safter sales service and has an overall cheaper running cost. Plus the 250 Duke isn't that underpowered. I was using a Pulsar 220F before I bought my 250 Duke and there is a big difference in power. My suggession would be a test ride, but personally I'll prefer the 250 over the 440

Better than RTR, i doubt. RTR has got that one cool feature that helps in long rides, the cruise control. I will go for RTR on any day. 250 Duke looks great but for that one feature I will go for RTR.

People use their hard earned money to buy a new unused bikes. Buying a bike is a beginning of emotion,connection....etc. So don't spoil that by using those vehicle. hey sir!, can you please help me regarding a question ive in ma mind i bought the duke 250 gen 3 5 months ago going good everything is fucking amazing except the display i dont even care about the drls that much i like the design without it wanyways but the thing is the display that we have the lcd dispaly in the previous ones so please i wanna change it so bad to TFT display can you please understand the cost that would be needed to put the display inthe gen3 250 and if it is possible or not i am not even from india , but been watching your content since forever ive seen a lot of videos regarding if it is possible or not some people have been saying that its not possible to keep the tft as the ecu cant handle it and some are saying that ktm india is taking 30 k to cahnge the ecu with it , your a man with connections regarding the bikes so please understand if it is possible to keep tft displays for us 2023 owners cause its so unfair otherwise cause we paid nearly the same amount of money for it , your help regarding this would mean alot, love from nepal

That's a drag for sure, But it would be best if you contact the KTM dealership or their customer care. Cause even if someone confirms it as yes without the official help it's not recommended to do it cause this might hamper the warrant on it.
