I always go in early November when its quieter. I hear December is usually about a comfortable 18 °Celsius which is still better than Blighty. The weather can be changeable but that's life.

been there at christmas and the weather is good enough for shorts will hopefully be there for Christmas but going to be there this september for 2 weeks with me mum cant wait to have a cocktail

Fuengirola is the weakest point on Costa Del Sol. Personally - everything I dont like about Spain is literally in Fuengirola. Cheap chinese shops, advertisement pollution, overcrowded by tourists, buildings in bad condition, many low income areas etc. This city has on another hand a big potential but urgently needs big investments and better management. If you like something nice in the area - visit Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande. If you like heavy turism and overcrowded areas with cheap bling bling shops - Fuengirola is the place to visit.

Fuengirola has beautiful beaches, and The paseo near the sea is amazing. There are many tourists in the summer months.
