Fuerteventura | BEST PLACES | Drone DJI mavic mini

Fuerteventura is one of the islands that makes up the Canary Islands.
It is a paradise for outdoor lovers. Fuerteventura is, above all, most famous for its beaches: it boasts over 150km of stunning white and golden sands.
Each of the main tourist resorts has its own distinct appeal: Corralejo has a surfer appeal and great nightlife, Caleta de Fuste offers sheltered beaches and easy access to the airport, Morro Jable/Jandia has the best weather and beaches.
Sun, wind, and rocks: these three words really do sum up this island. Here is some shots I managed to capture while exploring the Island.

Mavic mini(249grams) doesn't need permission to fly👍,of course general rules apply( e.g. informing people downunder that a drone is used above them,-no need to do that as we can see there's noone

Flying a drone is legal in Spain. Flights over gatherings of people are not allowed and there is a need to keep a distance of at least 8 kilometers to airports. Have fun :)

Do not fly over towns, roads, natural spaces, and people, apart from a minimum distance of 8km from the airport air, do not exceed 120 meters in height, always in sight, also in Spain today in 2021 you need a license and that the aircraft has an identification plate on it and the pilot, this video is quite illegal today, Although being a drone less than 250 gr, you do not need a permit, but you must be registered

Flying in cities or towns is only allowed with a drone weighing less than 250 grams but at a maximum height of 20 meters, without people underneath. Also, if you are going to record images you need permission. You also have to be registered with AESA. Many rules are broken in this video. Drone weighing less than 250 grams- New regulations in Spain from January 1, 2021: 1.Flight in urban areas: maximum height 20 meters. 2. It is not allowed to fly in controlled airspace CTR (near airports). Example: I can fly this drone in a garden in the city of Teruel but not in a garden in Barcelona or Madrid. 3. You cannot fly in National Parks or Natural Parks. 4.If you record images of people you will not be able to publish them due to the data protection law (in Spain LOPD) you cannot fly, nor record images in privacy areas (min 5:02 illegal) 5. Identification data of the mandatory operator. 6. Images (streets, buildings, parks) cannot have a commercial purpose. 7. If you are a professional, you need all the flight permits equally with this drone. Note: not everything is allowed!

If not, then this is not LOPD. The drone did not fly into the hotel territory. Now I have license and drone weighing 249 grams (registered) :) P. S. Fly smart and safety.
