Cannot return to Tehran (iran) most likely because of charges. "Do you have any outstanding charges in ANY country", "No". Just in new Zealand and Iran.

What most people don't know is that airlines are required by law to send API (Advanced Passenger Information) at least 72 hours in advance to any countries that they may land in so that information can be put through a number of databases to access passenger risk. The United States takes it a step further and requires API even if you are just flying in US airspace.
