Fugue BWV 1005 by J.S.Bach - Marcin Masecki piano

Fugue from Bach's Sonata for Solo Violin in C major BWV 1005. Played on piano literally, no transcription or arrangement.
The performance took place in Sejny, Poland, in the White Synagogue during the summer cycle "Camera pro Classica". Organized by Borderland (Fundacja Pogranicze)

Thanks for performing this piece on the piano! I've been playing this piece on the violin and I wanted to know what it sounds like on a keyboard instrument (since keyboard instruments are better suited for the polyphony of this piece).

You should listen to the guitar transcription as well, as a polyphonic instrument, it has a peculiar sound, quite mystical.

You are highly original and possesses great virtuosity and musicality. I don't think your added basse notes on the E V pedal before a minor expo brings anything necessary though...

zgadzam się ale trzeba brać pod uwagę ile czasu poświęcił na granie tego konkretnego utworu w sumie, co może zamiast dyskredytować wprost przeciwnie :) pozdrawiam
