@@bakmanthetitan Thank you very much. Yes, absolutely every single piano video on my KZbin channel is improvised. I just sit at the piano and begin "performing/composing" at the same time.

I like the first two minutes or so very much, before it gets too clangy, shall we say? That is my own personal bias! I am having a rough time locating the Wagner reference that I feel certain is in there, intentionally or not. D C A>G F D C A>G F. Or is it Richard Strauss? Alpine Symphony perhaps? I'm sure I'll comment again if I find it!

Insightful, thanks. Yes, it certainly is Wagner. Though, I too cannot remember the specific work. It very well may be Das Rheingold. It was only afterwards that I realised the similarity. I can hear it in my head - it comes back again and again in the strings. If you find it, let me know. I'll also try and find it.
