you can if you have pela or sw, boothill just need def reduce, pen res or buff super break like hmc

If you want to play break longterm I would advice you of trying to get E1 Fugue she can almost fully replace RM. With E1 you want to run. Boothill,Fugue,HMC and either sustain or an action advancer.
