Me recording wasn’t planned at all (It just happened)… just whipped out my iPhone 11 Pro and started recording snippets and ended up with a video (hehe😅) so random.

Weather was super cold & a high chance of Rain.
But because Mom&dad Specifically requested for UMU for dinner…we thought (WHYYY NOOOTT) …
Rain or NO RAIN theirs going to be a UMU.. “nothing’s impossible right”
WAALLAAHHH.. dinner was super delicious & it went extremely well with the cold weather here in Melbourne.

How long did the umu cook for ?? Or how long does it usually take, to cook ???

@Dennis T, cook roughly 2hrs, sometimes it all depends how hot you’ve cooked/heated your rocks/stones for. But in this video, it took us 2hrs before we took food out😊 thanks so much for watching appreciate it heaps. Bless x☺️

(Yam) with coconut cream - food my inlaws grew-up with in the islands. Similar to a Samoa coconut bread (fa’apapa) - but using Yam and coconut cream (without the Flour)... Also thank you for watching bless x
