Doing questions first when you're studying a topic

This is advice I give my students at ALL levels. It sounds really weird, I know :) So, I had a chat to one of my students about WHY I give this advice and the value it has for your studying.
So, if you need to make your studying more efficient, if you struggle to turn your 'theory' into the answers for questions when you do start questions, and if you struggle to focus and concentrate through the sessions... this is definitely for you :)
