I’m flying to Japan in the second half of October, and I’m unsure about a one-day trip to Kawaguchiko due to the challenges you mentioned. But your honest insights are really helpful! Thanks again! Awww I think you honestly couldn’t pick a better time to go to Japan 🙌🏻.. I feel like mid October will be the best to have nice temperatures and actually enjoy all the beauties of Japan 🤗.. also the colder it gets the higher chance of seeing the Fujisan is 👌🏻.. so actually you might be very lucky!! Also if you planning to go to Lake Kawaguchiko definitely do it - I have not seen Mt. Fuji but I still really enjoy the whole trip and it was a nice breakdown from city and experience the Japanese countryside 🤩
