This video tutorial was very helpful. However, after replacing these parts, my scanner is now jamming on the last page of a pile of documents (and it didn't ever do that before). It's also grabbing a few pages at once, instead of one by one, and that didn't used to happen before. The new rollers were installed properly, and I also sprayed the inside of the scanner with a can of dust cleaner and then made sure to wipe everything down really well before closing the machine up. I'm frustrated because my scanner is giving me all kinds of issues now that I've installed/replaced these parts. PLEASE HELP!!!
