Conduit cutters look like a beast! And the wire strippers look good too, I agree I don't use em all the time as pliers are quicker but when you have a few hundred cables to terminate they really save your thumbs.

Definitely a handy extra tool to have around. I’m keen to try out a few other strippers now.
@WillmannElectrical2 жыл бұрын
So do those strippers come with extra dies for different size cables or is it 2.5 only?

Another great video! Love the pouch. I’m rocking the Klein tool pouch.

They all look mint dude. Probably not on a apprentice's wages. Maybe treat myself when I finish me capstone.

Cable strippers for sure, stripping power junctions, sometimes you can have 6,7,8 or even more cables at one place. Anything to make the job quicker. How much are those tps strippers??
@danielmihai52 жыл бұрын
For stripping cable with a plier you need both hands, versus using a dedicated stripping tool when you need only one hands. Just try to use two hands for stripping wire in tight space of an automation panel.

Would love to see these for NM-B (Romex) and AWG for the US. Probably won't be from Fujiya though. Not sure on patent situation.

Look dope af. But black color make those tools hard to recognize in low light condition. And imagine when you drop it in some dark corners.

@Addicted to Tools - Great Video! Are you still using the cable strippers and do they do other sizes or just 2.5?
@AddictedtoTools Жыл бұрын
This is what they say about them. Applicable wire size: φ1.6mm×2 or 3 cores & φ2.0mm×2 or 3 cores. I haven’t tried it on any others yet. I have just received some very similar ones from vessel which are actually adjustable. Haven’t tried them yet
@blairwilson9272 Жыл бұрын
@@AddictedtoTools Cool look forward to a review on the Vessel's. I am considering this type or the flat cable strippers that Knipex (12-64-180), Jokari, Ideal make. Appreciate the quick replies:) Good-luck with the channel in 2023!!

The 3000n 225bg is rated for larger diameter cable and has the crimpers.

Lots of Aussie sparks use cable strippers! Not everyone is a house basher, they're an essential tool in an industrial sparkies tool bag

Hey mate. Love the channel. I’m a channel lock guy but these look sick. Reckon I should get the 200mm or 225mm length? Hard to pick without picking em up.
@AddictedtoTools2 жыл бұрын
Hey Jarryd. I’d go the 225mm. Usually the 200’s I don’t like. But that’s me. Definitely hard without picking them up.

3in1 is grim stuff for tools. It goes really sticky and nasty. Treat yourself to some nice tool oil.

I’m not sure who that is. How would I be a rip off though?
