@@maris2ish Hello, we booked the 11am YNM time slot, the earliest time wasnt available na kasi the time we booked. Rickshaw we availed was about 45 minutes. :)

@maris2ish Woooow. You will enjoy the ride. Yufuin is actually very walkable, but Rickshaw is another experience. Less tourist pa, so its really nice to ride one. Enjoy. 🤩🤩

Woohoo, went to Yufuin Monday, though I missed the Yufuin No Mori and took the regular Yufu train, ang ganda pa din ng mga nadaanan. Next time, I'll be sure to book the Yufuin No Mori itself, and also maybe try the rickshaw. Cafe La Ruche closes at 4pm. Di ko din na abutan, pero may Pinay worker sila doon who accompanied me to buy their pastries. Masarap din and reasonable. Next time, I hope to try their set meal, with the view of Lake Kinrin. 😍

Hi MCG! You are so lucky to got pastries from Cafe La Ruche, kami wala. Huhu. Pero its an experience din. Yufuin No Mori naman is also a great experience pero same track naman din ng mga express trains, it will leave you to awe din talaga kahit regular train din. Next time try the Rickshaw, its not as busy as Kyoto or Tokyo pleasurable view with less tourist. We will be back this November para sa full FALL foliage experience naman. So excited. 🥰

This is where we ordered our JR Pass Northern Kyushu - 3 days, www.jrpass.com/blog/yufuin-no-mori-and-the-jr-pass Same page also we reserved Yufuin No Mori train to Yufuin and Limited express train to Beppu and vice versa. You can choose date, time and seats. When you arrive in JR Hakata station, you can activate your JR pass by showing the printed email / or email to the date you want the first date and automatically all your reservation will be shown and they’ll print your tickets too. :) Happy to Help :)

Thank you. We bought the JR Kyushu north by the website. Siguro mga 1 month before. Tapos may time of activation dun if kailan mo gagamitin. Then yung reservation of the Yufuin No Mori train also to the same website. 😊

Hi. You cant reserve in advance kasi 3rd party si Klook, yung advance reservation ay yung JR pass bought mismo sa website. Pero valid pa din ang JR pass sa Klook ha, hindi nga lang sya magagamit for advance reservation. Kasi for advance reservation, need naka register sa website mismo. 🙂

It gets sold out early talaga. Like three weeks before. YNM is reserved seats lahat. Kaya need reservation. 😊 Pero pwede naman any train going to Yufuin, ito wala reservation, pero commuter train.

Hi. Reservation fee through the website is about 2000 yen per way. You can reserve thru the JR station for free using the pass however, it should be done like 3 weeks before your intended travel. Enjoy Kyushu! 🙂

Just so happen to watch your vlog po at nanoticed ko po you were walking while eating strawberry mochi which is my favorite too. Just wanna say po na as far as i know walking while eating is a NO NO in Japanese culture. So you have to stop somewhere and eat whatever you are eating. Just saying lang po.

Hello. It depends sa how do you wish to stay, pero for average na maikot lahat yun and maenjoy yung view and makaikot po sa buong Yufuin, mga 4 to 5 hrs po. 🙂
