Thanks for both of you girls, it was clear and useful information. I hope that you are keeping good😊 I’m Hamdan Souleyman I was born and raised in Tripoli, where l’ve got my high school diploma,then I’ve got my master degree in International economic from Don State Technical University in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. So my question is about the degrees, As you know the educations systems are different. and I have read that Fulbright program is covered only two years of study for each selected candidate, and to get a doctoral degree student have to study 8 years at the university, so could you help me to figure out which degree I have to apply for, I will be grateful if you could walk me through the degrees system.
