My old vinyl (bought in the UK but probably an import) also has this track, plus Simon Boswell, Andi Sex Gang, etc. It's a shame that my CD version is 100% Goblin and omits the other artists' equally worthy contributions to this classic soundtrack. I love the Goblin stuff, but it's only a part of this film's amazing score.

@@RobinsTaste I agree with you in that I prefer the music to Opera overall, but in terms of how it’s used in the film, I think Opera does a better job. The heavy metal is really jarring in Phenomena, perhaps intentionally so, but it doesn’t work as well for me in quite a few areas. Opera on the other hand, is just brilliant. Maybe that’s nostalgia kicking in though, I remember seeing the trailer for the first time, thinking routine slasher right? Wrong. As soon as the heavy metal kicked in I knew I had to watch it, and it did not disappoint. I’ve been a Giallo fanatic ever since then. I think you’re on the money with that second point though. If that’s Bill Wyman, I’m Mickey fucking mouse 😂

The only reason I knew about this movie “Creepers” in the U.S. us because of an article in Fangoria magazine. What I immediately knew about this magazine that it wasn’t particularly concerned about the content or how good it was, but more so about the special FX, which is what this magazine specializes in. This movie was terrible back in the 80s as it is now. If the production company had to add “Music by...” in the trailer we new it was going to be bad. We laughed at every cliche and bad dubbing.
