DO NOT BUY Fulgor Milano stoves. They do not function properly and getting service is frustrating. My oven has never worked properly & now it doesn't work at all. There is an obvious design issue for an appliance to still be having issues 1 year after the date of the original post.

LUXX Kitchen and Bath has been selling them for years and our track record with them has been outstanding, both in terms of problem rates and attentive repairs when problems happen. Simply said, Fulgor's support is excellent. Based on our experience, if you have an unresolved problem, something has not happened as it should. We tell our customers they are welcome to call the support line directly for our brands but we recommend they contact us instead, even after the warranty has expired. We know how to navigate the service chains and we view helping our customers as part of the job. I hope your dealer has provided good support to you. If not, leave a response here and let us know your geographic area and we might be able to direct you.

Larry, there is nothing American about this. The oven's can't even hold a specific temperature. Nothing good about it.

do you have the gas or electric oven? considering the dual fuel option

Also curious myself. Not enough reviews out there. I presume you have a gas oven versus the electric (dual fuel) one.

Hello, Fulgor Milano is not an American brand. The products are specifically built for and certified for the USA but they are not made here and Fulgor does not claim to do so. Your comment about the ovens is very surprising. As I noted to another commenter, we've been selling Fulgor Milano for years and the performance and reliability of their products is excellent. To see that you are having problems with the oven is especially surprising because Fulgor's parent company is one of the leading premium oven manufacturers in the world. They make ovens for many, many other brands including other luxury brands. Have you let your dealer know about your problem?
