Fulgor Milano Sofia Oven Problem Part 2

After feedback from support, I have changed the way I turn on the oven but still without any luck for resolving the issue. Paul, the support manager, from Zephyr Support has been helpful though so I am confident we will get a resolution.

Couple of things to try for more reliable ignition: have the oven door open a couple of inches for improved air flow and / or, light the broil first and let it heat up for about 15 seconds then turn off and ignite the bake. Since the tubing run to the broil is shorter there is more time for the thermocouple to heat up. Since the thermocouples are joined the preheated broil thermocouple will keep the gas valve open for a little longer allowing the bake thermocouple to get to temperature and take over the duty of keeping the gas valve open during use.

They ended up replacing the entire burner assembly which includes the ignition device. Works fine now.
