Mickey Mouse easily wins this fight and I can tell you why. Mickey is at least as much of a cunning trickster as Bugs. If you remember waaay back before Donald and Goofy even existed, Mickey was actually quite the devious guy himself. It was said that Donald and Goofy actually were split from some of Mickey's traits, Then they gave him a more family friendly image. Bugs Bunny just plugs gun holes. My money is most certainly on Mickey. Plus I mean.. He does have the keyblades.. so that's a definite leg up!

Honestly they would have to do a lot of digging on potential things for Bugs to use in a fight when you consider Mickey has something arguably more powerful than a Keyblade. Yen Sid's Magic Brush can destroy or restore anything made of paint or rather a toon. Now Bugs might be able to pull a "rabbit season, duck season" gag to get the brush himself, but if Mickey doesn't fall for that its over.

Apparently, it also only took about half an hour for the Lin Kuei to fully cyberize. Smoke and Kuai Liang/Sub-Zero weren’t running from the cyber initiative, they were hunting Scorpion to avenge Bi-Han/Sub-Zero’s death, and they didn’t know it was already happening. Based on Smoke’s shock, Sektor and Cyrax were still human when he and Kuai Liang left to pursue Scorpion.

Unfortunately, they will never make a Hulk vs Doomsday or a Hulk vs superman, or even a Hulk Vs Darkseid. Too many people will be upset about the outcome, either hulk fans or superman fans. It would create too much controversy for death battle and they wouldn't want to ruin their reputation.
