Fulgur can riff with the best of them. So what you will, I enjoy the 6 hour and 8 minute zatsu Fulgur did before getting into the game. Looking forward to what this Literature Club-thing is all about. I think Fuu-chan should go for Yuri.

This. This is the stream I was looking forward to all week and it did not disappoint at all, not for even a moment. Out of all the playthroughs I've watched of this game, yours is one of my most favorite even though it's only the first stream. Your reactions are golden, your ad-libs are hilarious and your analysation is very insightful. I wanted to watch you play this game so much because I felt that you're the perfect streamer for this and I was right. The combination of being a weeb, a book lover and an appreciator of media really did you wonder. You embraced all the anime tropes and went so down bad for the girls (which actually surprised me! I know this is a dating game but they're so babies I can't help but just wanna pat them and give them a hug), meanwhile your ability to pick up media cues and reading comprehension helps you understand the deeper meaning of what the game is trying to tell. Hell, you caught on so early in the game! I know you said you're worried if the pace you're going is too slow but I love, LOVE how meticulous you are and how much attention you pay. I love your commentary, your constant theorizing and overall just how much interest you put into this game. You gave it the appreciation it deserves. I'm not even a hardcore fan of DDLC or anything and even though sometimes it feels like a drag or a bit over the top, I still genuinely love this game. Because of how it blew up, many people think of it like a "shock factor" kinda game. They went into it expecting something to happen, glossed over the first arc thinking it was "cringy anime bs" or "pretentious" or didn't pay attention enough and let the poems' meaning fly way over their heads; they just wanted to get to the meat of the game which is the "horror" part. Honestly even I was a bit worried if you were gonna get bored of the first arc. But you didn't, you enjoyed it thoroughly and elevated it through your commentary. You helped me discover new things! even after the many playthroughs I've watched. I was entertained the entire time (ended up only sleeping for 3hrs but it's totally worth it) and very happy with how the stream turned out. Also a massive thanks to the mod team for working hard and to chat for behaving properly. This is one of those games where chat can get really annoying and can definitely ruin the experience for streamers but ours was mostly nice (lmao I love how everyone tried so hard to keep their mouths shut during the gameplay section but as soon as you went past THAT point, everyone bursted out with their jokes and supas). Super excited for your next DDLC stream and I hope you will continue with your own pace. Once again please don't worry that you're going too slow or anything, this game has a lot of details so the way you're approaching it is perfect. In fact if you get impatient and cut to the chase you will miss out on a lot of interesting content (even the game tells you this). My favorite girl is Yuri but the rest of the game made my 2nd favorite come reeeeally close to taking her place. But then again I love all of the girls hehe, the game did amazing at humanizing them. Woah, cutsie looking game went really dark! Note to self: when i finally see my therapist again (it could take a while as she's ill, so i better remember) i should ask her again to work on that c-word issue i have. we went over that once and then concentrated on much older issues afterwards, which doesn't seem to be enough to clear it all. I mean, there are multiple words for that body part. i'm fine if someone says for example - oh they're such a pussy! - So i guess for some people this won't seem like an issue either. the german version of the c-word however i consider very distasteful and misogynistic, but the english version is just the worst for me because of how i learned it. of course i learned a couple of bad german words that were directed at me first as a child in school, as it is probably usual, but somehow they don't hit as hard as the c-word. i did learn it from a polish guy in the south of ireland, with whom i spoke english, and he treated me so badly, that when i was back in my hometown, i felt numb inside for months, lost weight, basically stayed in bed for a year, while being especially fearful when it came to sleeping and even later on would get stressed out by plenty of things that would remind me of the situation back in ireland. with some things it became much better when i managed to make some better memories in time, but with others I still get stressed out and have to tell myself - it isn't him, the situation is over. - i wish i got a therapy earlier and i would recommend a therapy to anyone who keeps struggling with bad memories. you shouldn't have to struggle with something that happened in the past. better concentrate on the future! we can't turn the time back, just like in the game this time. what is done is done.

Otsufuu, I love this game so much xD The first time it’s the best because you don’t expect any of the turns of the game, and after that it doesn’t have the same impact, but it’s such a good game

I have never watched a playthrough on the Plus version so I'm exited to see what's more to it^^ It's always quite fun to see a streamer discovering it for the first time but I also miss the feeling of not knowing about it too. It's also a good thing that I'm a vod watcher because the huge about of time I would have had to smack myself to not react to some of the things you were saying and that would have been a spoiler is crazy

FULGUR OVID I AM DEMANDING (asking politely, and only if you feel like it, really just a suggestion) YOU PLAY UMINEKO NO NAKU KORO NI. I don't know if it is possible to stream, its 8 volumes (4 question arc, 4 answer arc.) I mean if you want then hell yea! But anyways, it's an incredible story that I am absolutely certain you would love. 0 spoilers because going in blank is ideal, but on top of that the music is incredible. I’ve always heard that this game was notorious but I’ve managed to stay mostly spoiler free somehow. It really does have impact… I’m so glad to experience this together with everyone.
