Gotta appreciate Big Brian in this heat. Got nerve damage from his left arm but still manage to win his heat. Play smart to no need to win the events but just consistently be on the top 3 to save points

Crazy how Årsjö was rated so low in power. He has done a 200 kg log press and 420 kg deadlift

Yeah I mean those sports science tests of physical attributes are massively flawed tbh

Crazy that if you were 140kg now you'd be considered the light guy in the contest

I really wish you guys would upload the UK version of the other heats. The record in the dumbbell press that is mentioned here by Derek Poundstone is not even shown in the US Broadcast, and I'm from the US and Phil Pfister is one of my all time strongmen. Besides, Paul Dickinson is the voice of Worlds Strongest Man and fellow Olympic Teammate of the great Geoff Capes. It's was good to see Stefan Solvi involved, even if this was during his heart scare. Glad he snapped back from that.

Weird to see life pre-Covid, Pre-Ukraine war, pre-anything.

War has been going on for long time. Not just Ukraine.
