I was having problems with that stutter issue. I would drop down to 10-20fps then go right back to around 200fps. It really sucked in gun fights. Fixed it by right clicking on Windows desktop, personalize, colors, and make sure Automatically pick an accent color from my background is turned off. Weird fix but it cleared my issue 100%. Hope you see this and it fixes your issue.

Loved your channel when it was mostly PUBG and good to see you playing it again now. Did notice some funny inconsistencies though.. - "I suck with Beryl", proceeds to do some amazing close-quarter combat flickshots with said gun. - "The ambient sound is so quiet in this game" followed up with a "I hope the (sound of the) thunder doesn't get me killed." - "I have to switch the Vector for a sniper" whilst walking around in one the areas with the highest loot density on the most loot-dense map. Finding some 9mm shouldn't have taken you more than 30 seconds.

Aculite, in regards to the stuttering issue, I had it and in my instance it was Chrome processes. At least, when I terminated them or simply closed the browser my stuttering went away. I can't have Chrome open when I play PUBG which is not a compromise at all. Hope you can find the offending issue, keep up the great work!

Regarding stuttering: are you playing on windowed mode? I always just go straight to full-screen. There was another commenter that mentioned messing with the Windows color-scheme which you could try too.
